Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the AutoReply application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the app. The app is provided by Ajay Patel ("we", "us"). Contact: codeyaan@gmail.com.

2. The service

AutoReply is an Android application that detects incoming notifications from supported messaging apps and sends automatic replies based on rules you define. The app does not modify, intercept, or store messages on any server we control. All processing happens on your device.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use, subject to these Terms and Google Play's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, spam, deceive, or harm others.
• Use the app to violate the terms of service of WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or any other messaging platform you interact with through it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or any Pro features.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

You are responsible for the content of the replies you configure. We are not responsible for messages the app sends on your behalf based on your rules.

5. Third-party messaging apps

AutoReply works alongside messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party services. Your use of those apps is governed by their own terms. If a third-party app updates its behavior, AutoReply's compatibility with it may change.

6. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

Pricing and billing

AutoReply offers a free tier and a paid tier ("AutoReply Pro"). Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing under your Google account.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the listed price.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy. For one-time lifetime purchases, refund eligibility is generally limited to the first 48 hours after purchase via Google Play. Please contact Google Play support directly for refund requests.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their plan.

7. AI features

Pro includes AI-powered smart replies. AI-generated replies are produced by third-party language models and may occasionally be inaccurate, off-topic, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing the rules and reply behavior you configure and for the messages the app sends on your behalf.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms others.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party app, or that automatic replies will always be delivered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app (or Pro subscription) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in India.
